Peer Mediation and Restorative Dialogue in School Environment

Peer mediation and restorative dialogue in conflict resolution in school setting is one of the components of the Juvenile Justice Strengthening Project that is undertaken by Save the Children in Albania.
The project aims at prevention of children violent behaviors in schools; promotion of restorative approaches to conflict resolution; integration of peer mediation in school programs.
It is being implemented in 16 schools (primary and high schools) in 8 districts, respectively, Tirana, Durrës, Malësi e Madhe,Elbasan, Korçë, Shkodër, Vlorë, Fier. The project target groups include students, teachers, psychologists, parents, etc., to work together for peaceful conflict resolution.
